1. No Refund Policy

All sales made through Softwarepedia are final.

Once a software product, license key, subscription, activation code, account access, download link, setup details, or digital service has been delivered, no refund, return, cancellation, or exchange will be provided under any circumstances.

This includes but is not limited to:

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be considered in the following situation:

Non-Delivery of Product

If Softwarepedia is unable to deliver the purchased product, software access, license key, activation details, or agreed service within the promised delivery period, the customer may request a refund.

After verification and approval of the refund request, the refund amount will be processed and credited to the customer’s original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

The actual credit time may vary depending on the customer’s bank, payment gateway, UPI provider, card issuer, or other financial institutions involved in processing the transaction.


3. No Refund Will Be Granted If

Refund requests will not be approved for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Product no longer needed.
  • Customer purchased by mistake.
  • Failure to read product description before purchase.
  • Customer lacks technical knowledge to use the product.
  • Device, browser, internet, server, hosting, or system incompatibility on the customer’s side.
  • Customer is unable to configure or operate the software.
  • Third-party service restrictions or policy changes.
  • Temporary downtime, maintenance, updates, or service interruptions.
  • Customer dissatisfaction after product delivery.
  • Customer has already received software access, license key, credentials, files, downloads, or setup information.

4. Digital Product Nature

Softwarepedia deals exclusively in digital products and software-based services.

Since digital products cannot be physically returned and may be copied, activated, or consumed immediately after delivery, all purchases are considered final once delivery is completed.


5. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved due to non-delivery of the purchased product or service, the refund amount will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Actual credit time may vary depending on banks, UPI providers, payment gateways, or card issuers.


6. Service Availability

Software products and online services may occasionally experience:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Server maintenance
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Temporary downtime

Such events do not qualify for refunds, compensation, or chargebacks.

Softwarepedia does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softwarepedia shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Revenue loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages

arising from the use or inability to use any software, service, or digital product purchased through our website.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through a bank, card provider, UPI application, or payment gateway, customers must first contact Softwarepedia support.

We reserve the right to suspend services, licenses, or accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.


9. Changes to This Policy

Softwarepedia reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
